Mr. Gaszyna graduated in Bremen and at the International Business Academy in Warsaw. After several years in sales positions in the engineering sector, Mr. Gaszyna moved to the IT&ENGINEERING personnel consulting sector.

Mr. Gaszyna has been associated with the CLEAR GROUP since 2012. As Managing Director of the Warsaw branch, he is responsible for business development on the German market and in mainly eastern european markets.

Besides work, his hobbies include sports such as football, cycling and jogging. His great passion is carpentry! :-)

Diploma in Economics

Andreas Rudolph was working for many years in Siemens AG as Sales Manager and IT Project Manager. He was responsible for the sales process and management of business relations with many clients from the IT services sector, with focus on IT outsourcing and SAP applications.

Michał has graduated from the Psychology faculty at the SWPS University in Warsaw. He has studied at the University Osnabrück as well. Has been professionally bonded with DACH region for more than ten years now. He has gained experience in the field of human resources and recruitment both in BPO/SCC and Technology sectors (i.e. INTEL).

As the Team Leader he is responsible for recruiting and Engineering Recruiting Team. The Team supports German and Austrian business cluster of Alten, mostly within Automotive and Aerospace domains.

Sci-fi, technology, languages and nature fan. Best time spent while traveling with his friends and family.

Katarzyna Głasek is responsible for the whole recruitment process in the IT and aircraft area. Katarzyna Głasek graduated University of Warsaw and University of Finance and Management in Warsaw.  She also studied at the University of Vienna. She has years of experience in management, recruitment and sales. If You are interested in job offers in IT or aircraft do not hesitate to contact Ms. Głasek. 

In her free time she likes jogging, cycling. She also loves mountain hiking and rock concerts.

Natalia Dabrowska  graduated University of Vienna. From the very beginning of her adventure with the HR industry, she has been specializing in the recruitment of  IT& ENGINEERING specialists. Not only does she search for talented candidates but also put a great  emphasis on candidate’s professional recruitment process.

In free time Natalia has been practicing Latin American dances . She loves to travel, Cycling and do water sports. 

Joanna Cetlin graduated the University of Warsaw and the Kozminski University in Warsaw. For many years she worked in an international tourism concern, where she was responsible for sales and business relationships with travel agencies' networks. She also dealt with human resources management within the commercial department.

Her passion is sport (dance, zumba) and healthy lifestyle.
 

Kamila Tokarzewska is responsible for the IT recruitment processes. She graduated from University in Bialystok and Kozminsky University (recruitment and selection postgraduate studies) as well as took part in Erasmus student exchange programme in Estonia. Before joining the Clear Intec team she was mostly responsible for international recruitment and worked in customer service for DACH region.

In her free time Kamila loves to travel, discover new cultures and read non-fiction books.

Kinga Racibor graduated from Academy of Leon Kozminski in Warsau. She had the opportunity to live in Great Britain, the United States and Switzerland, so she could get to know the culture and mentality of these countries better. As Junuior Recruitment Specialist Kinga  is responsible for  the recruitment of candidates to work in Germany in the area of ​​IT & ENGINEERING.

When she’s not recruiting, she travels or reads travel books.

Joanna graduated from Jagielloński University and Łazarski University in Warsaw. She changed her passion into work and right now is responsible for the development of digital marketing in Clear-Intec.
During free time Joanna likes cycling, roller skating or relaxing with a good book about personal development or digital marketing
